Acting as the second sequel to a main series game, Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings appeared on the Nintendo DS and featured quite a few characters from the original title.
Many lesser characters from the original game, such as Kytes and Filo, appear in more prominent roles and we also saw the introduction of a new Judge as the villain of the piece.
