Main Characters

Final Fantasy VI features a whopping sixteen protagonists to choose from. Many of these have become household names in the minds of Final Fantasy fans due to their sheer diversity and the depth of story presented throughout the narrative.

Villains

Kekfa, oh Kefka. Perhaps the most evil of all Final Fantasy antagonists, he is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve ultimate power. Ultros and Typhon also appear to make things even more interesting.

To supplement the rather expansive list of protagonists, Final Fantasy VI features plenty of supporting characters. Many of these are tied to the protagonists, as the writers looked to provide detailed back stories to help explain character motivations.
